3% of your closing costs paid – If you use a preferred lender

by Nathan Cross on April 14th, 2009

Buy a new Beazer Home or Townhome and they will pay 3% of your closing costs, just for making a loan application with their preferred lender, Country Wide.  If you don’t want to make the application with Country Wide, Beazer Homes will pay 2% of your closing costs.  1% is tied to making the loan app with Country Wide.  Beazer Homes can’t tell you where to make your loan application all they can do is offer incentives to you for using their preferred lender.  Remember all you have to do is fill out the paper work, you don’t have to use Country Wide to get the full 3%.  Hopefully Country Wides rates are competitive with the other lenders in town.  If they aren’t don’t use them, but if you do apply with them you will receive the full 3% which is not bad at all.  For a $200,000 home the 3% works out to be $6,000, which should cover all of your closing costs.
