44 homes, including townhomes, closed (SOLD) in Southwood during the past 90 days.  That is more than double the amount of homes that closed over the same time frame last year.  The biggest reason for this in my mind, would have to be that falling home prices have brought savvy buyers into the real estate market.  I think that a lot of people who have been sitting on the sidelines are starting to see the opportunities that are available today, and are taking advantage of it.  For a complete list of the homes that sold take a look at the Southwood Market Update.
