44 Homes Sold in Southwood over the Past 90 Days.
Sales activity has been heating up steadily in Southwood as home prices have continued to fall in 2009. The period that I will be covering in this particular SouthWood Market Update, will be from 01/09/09 to 30/11/09.
44 homes, including townhomes, closed (SOLD) in Southwood during the past 90 days. That is more than double the amount of homes that closed over the same time frame last year. The biggest reason for this in my mind, would have to be that falling home prices have brought savvy buyers into the real estate market. I think that a lot of people who have been sitting on the sidelines are starting to see the opportunities that are available today, and are taking advantage of it.
