In My Opinion…

This home stands head and shoulders above it’s competition in SouthWood.  Why you ask, it’s pretty simple.  Most of the home’s for rent in the community where built for people as investments, which they used as rentals to make money.  The homes in this category where not built with the nicer finishing touches, like hardwood floors, granite countertops and on large private homesites.  This home is not like that and was built for the owner.  It is well appointed, like no other rental in this price range.  Making it, in my opinion the best value rental in SouthWood.
