Two Townhome Short Sales

This is just a quick update, I found 2 Townhomes for sale in SouthWood that are being sold as Short Sales.  This type of transaction is becoming more frequent in toady’s real estate market.  There are a growing number of homes and Townhomes being sold as Short Sales.  The basic idea behind a Short Sale is that the lender agrees to sell the home for less than what’s owed on it.  This type of transaction can be tricky and time consuming, it’s a good idea for a buyer to work with a Realtor that understands the process.  All offers have to be approved by the lien holder.
