I just wanted to post a quick update about the current David Weekley homes for sale in SouthWood.  Some of you may know that at one point David Weekley was an active builder in SouthWood, but because of the slow down in the real estate market they decided to stop building here.

When David Weekley made that decision they still had about 9 homes for sale in SouthWood.  In order to move the inventory they were sitting on they drastically cut prices, some as much as $67,000.  The result of the price reductions has in turn resulted in sales, bringing buyers off the “fence” and into their new homes.  If you are looking for a new home in SouthWood you might want to take a look at these.
