The 1st District Court of Appeals is a welcomed addition to the SouthWood community. Scheduled for completion in October , 2010. The courthouse will be approximately 110,000 gross square feet.
Over 110 employees will be relocating to SouthWood. The influx in people will help spur more growth in the area with new business and commercial developments to follow.
